The electropneumatically operated machine PG-VYBRO has been designed with POZZI-GHISLANZONI, for mounting frame springs with relevant rivet, onto backboards of MDF, plywood etc.
Machine operating cycle is easy, quick and safe: the operator shall only position the chipboard panel against the machine reference stops and then press the pedal.
The electropneumatically operated device of machine automatically places both spring and rivet and mounts them simulaneously onto chipboard panels with no need of re-driling.
Being of great advantage, since one or more frame springs can be mounted in the required position, thus making operating cycle faster.
