PG-ROTOR machine is
the best solution for automatic assembly of MDF strut back for photo frames.
This machine has been projected and manufactured in accordance to EEC
standards and it is run by PLC system.
Technology accuracy
used in fixing patented strut hinge and easel rounding off - carried out
automatically - make possible a precise finishing of the assebled strut
back.
Our self-fix strut hinges are different to all other systems, in that
they have no built in-stop. They are positioned in such a way that the
tip of the strut projects slightly beyond the hinge and this acts as a
stop. This means that the angle of opening can be adjusted and the hinge
is completely hidden thus achieving an excellent esthetics.
The machine works
by feeding pre-formed hinges from a continuous 3,500 pieces coil. Notwithstanding
coil is given in one size our machine allows the operator to choose 2,
4 or 6 holes application according to his needs.
Such cost effective versatile option reduces stocks dramatically! Only
one coil size is needed.
Back sizes changeover and machine adjustment (up to 35 mm out-of-back easel extensionadjustment) takes a very short time, only around 10 minutes!!!
PG-ROTOR machine is
equipeed with standard tools for the following back sizes: cm 9 x 13,
10 x 15, 15 x 20, 13 x 18, 18 x 24, 20 x 25, 24 x 30 and related easels
with no additional costs.
All other sizes are available on request.
