The machine PG DUO
consists of a riveter unit and a feed / cut unit of small metal pieces
aligned onto reels.
This new machine can apply different picture framing hardware with relevant
rivets onto backboard of MDF, plywood, etc. from 1,5 mm to 4 mm thickness.
The feeding / cut unit is easily removable.
The small metal pieces are aligned onto reels: this system allows an easy,
quick and safe feeding with a fast working cycle.
The working cycle
is simple and quick: the operator shall position the panel by watching
the reference stop and press the pedal. The pneumatic device controls:
coil feeding and cutting, position the small metal piece unter the riveter
unit, apply the rivet together with the relevant small metal piece onto
the back board panel. The machine is ready for the following cycle.
The operations are electronically controlled; that means that in case
of a bad working of the machine operating devices explaination messages
will appear on the display.
This machine is in keeping with the CE normative. The PG DUO is fully protected with special safety carters so that only the back board panel can pass into the machine slot.
