Durch die Umschaltmöglichkeit von elektronischer auf manuelle Steuerung können somit auch Einzelrahmen gefertigt werden (Hartholz, MDF und Kunststoffmaterial mit den jeweils dafür geeigneten Spezialwinkeln). Standardmäßig ausgerüstet mit schwenkbarem Ständer, Verteilerköpfe für Klammern in der Höhe 7, 10 und 15 mm.

The frame assembling machine MINIGRAF 4 ELECTRONIC has been designed for industrial mass production of small, medium and large sized frames. The machine is equipped with a computer that controls electronically the programmed execution: it takes less than two seconds to insert two V-nails in two different positions.
The following versions are available:

The machine can also work manually, excluding computer’s electronic control.
The MINlGRAF 4 ELECTRONIC is supplied complete of floor stand, separate pedals of electric and pneumatic controls.
The machine can join all types of moulding, including hardwood, MDF and plastic using special ALFAGRAF V-nails with “pulling power” effect.
