The machine uses only Cassese® colour coded cartridges, for quick and easy identification of size. The Cassese' wedges in the cartridges contain no glue, they are lubricated for smooth penetration and rust protected for the toughest challenges.

Wedges are highly technical products: all other wedges on the market will not work in the CS 4095 Ultra. Use original Cassese' cartridges to avoid technical problems and badly joint corners, thus making your CS 4095 Ultra serve you satisfactorily for years.

Assembly angle is adjustable (+/- 90°) to prevent any gap to inside or outside of corner.

During the whole joining process, the mouldings remain perfectly clamped. If wedges are to be inserted in several positions (areas) across the corner, the mouldings remain immobile, only the wedge distribution system will move.

Adjustable fences (+/-90°) take the form of all kinds of mouldings at their back to prevent gaps on top or at bottom of assembly.

No more worries about chops that do not profile well to each other ; the world’s most powerful rebate clamp and its new system that makes the two jaws work together -this is the so-called ULTRA system, corners are always perfectly profiled.

No risk of mouldings rocking or moving during assembly ; the top presser of CS 4095 ULTRA moves with its wedge distribution system together. This way, the machine clamps the mouldings exactly on top of the area where the wedges will be inserted. Therefore no need to adjust the position of top presser.
