Der Automat 4H.400 mit 4 Klammerneindrückeinheiten ist zur Serienfertigung ausgelegt. Es werden gleichzeitig 4 Rahmenschenkel verbunden. Die einzelnen Rahmenschenkel werden über eine Zuschnittanlage (OMGA, AUTOBYTE o.ä.) zugeführt positioniert, gespannt und verbunden.

Das computergesteuerte System zeichnet durch die einfache Handhabung aus. Die Einstellung der gewünschten Daten sowie das "Nachfüllen" der Klammern erfolgt automatisch. Die manuelle Unterstützung ist gering.

Software Unterstützung auf WINDOWS™ basiert (Version 9.x oder höher), extrem einfache Benutzung, es werden auch Barcode Scanner unterstützt. Die Programmierung ist geschützt durch ein Passwort mit mehreren Benutzerebenen und einer Speicherung des Benutzercodes.

Beinahe unbegrenzte Kapazität für die Speicherung von Arbeitsprogrammen.

Alfamacchine’s 4 HEAD automated assembling machine 4H.400 is a 4 sides frame-assembling machine at high productivity and great accuracy of execution.

The machine is designed for working together with high productivity automatic saws (such as OMGA or equivalent) able to feed the machine, according to a programmed sequence, with the cut moldings necessary for the assembly of complete frames. It can be interfaced with other automatic machines.

The computerized control system allows, in a very simple and affordable way, the programming of work cycles. The set-up procedure and v-nails loading operation are effected automatically in background time. The needed assistance is minimal: in fact it is restricted to the reloading of V-nail magazine.

Software Support WINDOWS™ based (ver.9.x or higher), customized, extremely easy to use it can be interfaced to a barcode scanner. Programming protected by password with several user levels and recording of user code.
