The Memory Program frame assembling machine has been designed for mass or unit production of small, medium and large sized frames.
The machine is equipped with an electronic control device able to execute very fastly the several working programs entered in, by the operator: it can insert one or more V-nails up to ten different positions.
The electronic control system can memorise until 1,000 different working cycles (3,000 on request) freely programmed which can be easily and quickly recalled.
The quickness and easiness activation of the memorised programs, makes the Memory Programs suitable also with small and medium production series.
The machine is provided of a V-nails driving device assembled on a movable carriage with a stroke of 140 mm that makes possible to assemble also large sized frames.
The Memory Program is supplied complete of:
